What It Does

MilesCX takes a consultative approach when integrating our softrware into your tech stack, and this allows members to interact with the club over text message to handle a wide range of common needs from their phone, including food and beverage ordering, court bookings, spa services, general reservations, FAQs, concierge-style requests, and non-member payments. The AI agent identifies the member, reads current information from Daxko and other connected systems, and responds directly within the same conversation thread. 
 
On the backend, MilesCX helps stitch together disconnected workflows, reduce staff workload, improve responsiveness, and create operational efficiencies across the board—without disrupting the systems already in place.

The MilesCX + Daxko integration connects AI-powered member communication to real-time club data while acting as a connective layer across the broader club tech stack. 
 
When a member sends a text to MilesCX, the AI agent identifies the sender by querying Daxko member information. It then retrieves the relevant details- such as member profile information, family member information, and court availability- and can layer in connected data from other systems to support ordering, reservations, payments, and service-related requests inside the same conversation. The integration is designed to work with existing POS systems, booking tools, apps, and partner ecosystems, helping clubs create a more unified member experience without replacing core systems.
